Acceptance of Terms

This Agreement is a legal document that sets out your rights and obligations, and those of Ayesha Telecom Computer Technology (“QRB”, “ATCT BD”, “Company”, “Service”, “we”, “us” or “our”) in relation to the QRB VPN (the “Site”, “Website” or “Service”) and the VPN services offered through it. QRB VPN is a product of Ayesha Telecom Computer Technology (ATCT BD).

By accessing and using this Site and all related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Copyright

All content, technology, software, design, trademarks, and related intellectual property belong exclusively to Ayesha Telecom Computer Technology or its licensors.

You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, or republish any part of the Service without our prior written permission. The posting of materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any rights. Third-party content, if any, remains the property of its respective owners.

Service

QRB VPN provides its services on an “as is, as available” basis without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service but will make reasonable efforts to maintain stability.

QRB VPN may impose limits, suspend accounts, or restrict certain usage types at our discretion. Speed, reliability, and availability may vary depending on your connection, location, or third-party infrastructure.

Payments and Coins

QRB VPN does not directly sell or process payments for subscriptions or credits. Access to premium features is obtained through QRB Coins, which can only be purchased from authorized third-party vendors.

• All coin purchases are subject to the vendor’s own terms and refund policies.
• QRB VPN is not responsible for any payment issues, disputes, or losses arising from dealings with these vendors.
• Once coins are redeemed within QRB, they are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harm our infrastructure, reputation, or other users
• Resell, share, or transfer your account or access without permission
• Attempt to bypass service restrictions or authentication
• Upload, distribute, or use the Service to spread malware, spam, or illegal content
• Conduct port scans, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized access attempts
• Use QRB VPN to engage in data collection, tracking, or privacy violations
• Engage in data collection, tracking, or privacy violations
• Use the Service for commercial proxying or datacenter-based operations

Termination or Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violating these Terms
• Using multiple accounts to bypass limits
• Sharing accounts with others
• Excessive or abusive usage patterns
• Illegal or unethical activity

We may also modify or discontinue the Service at any time. QRB VPN is not liable for any resulting loss or inconvenience.

Refunds

QRB VPN itself does not handle payments or refunds for coins purchased through third-party vendors. Refund requests must be directed to the vendor you purchased from, subject to their policies.

Coins already redeemed for access within QRB VPN cannot be refunded or reversed. If termination is due to a service error or discontinuation not caused by your actions, we may, at our discretion, provide equivalent service credit or coins.

Product Delivery

Once coins are redeemed successfully, your account gains access to the selected plan instantly (typically within seconds). Occasionally, delays of up to 24 hours may occur due to network or system issues.

Product Support

QRB VPN applications will receive updates and improvements for as long as the company operates.

If a product reaches end-of-life (EOL), it will continue to receive security updates for at least 1 year after EOL announcement.

Third-Party Content

Links or references to third-party websites may appear on our Site. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or actions of those external sites. Your interactions with any third-party are solely between you and them.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QRB VPN, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRB VPN and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including lost profits or data.

Limitation of Damage

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid (via redeemed coins) for access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in full effect.
